Fox Models International "FMI" was founded in 2001 by top scouts Keith & Steve Fox; they grew up in Williamsville, New York a suburb of Buffalo. FMI was created to give potential talent the best opportunity to be represented by the top modeling agencies worldwide.
Keith Fox – Founder

Keith began his career in 1998 as a scout for Model Search America. Working across North America. Impressed with his vision for finding fresh new faces, Elite and Wilhelmina, demanded exclusivity of his talent.
His discoveries have graced the pages of Vogue, Sports Illustrated, Harpers Bazaar, W, and Elle and walked in runway shows for Mark Jacobs, Calvin Klein, Victoria's Secret and Alexander McQueen. Keith’s discoveries include Daniela Lopez Osorio, Georgia Podmore, Ally Ertel, Kim Riekenberg, Grace Chang, Edythe Hughes and up and coming model Rosa Trier-Morch
Steve Fox – Co-Founder

Steve has 20 years of experience in the scouting and modeling business. Before joining FMI, Steve served as a leading National Sales Executive in the health and fitness industry. Steve was a standout athlete where he excelled in both football and collegiate basketball.
Steve refocused this passion and drive for business into the area of new talent discovery and development. He has placed talent at top agencies such as Elite, Ford, Wilhelmina, IMG, DNA, and NEXT.
Just a few of his discoveries include Leigh Yeager, Jennifer Wadl, Thiego Lusardi, Eric Weiss and Grace Dwyer.
Paul Wahlgren – Director of Marketing

Paul brings his expertise to the management team at FMI. Paul holds a BSc. in Business Administration from State University College at Buffalo, New York, an MBA from Nyenrode Business Universiteit in Breukelen, The Netherlands and completed the Digital Marketing Strategy Program, Harvard University, Boston Massachusetts
He has worked in senior management roles and enjoys the challenge of building businesses. Paul has held senior management & sales roles in digital marketing, beauty and the luxury goods industry in the USA and Europe.
Roman Young - Director of Model Management

Roman was Director and President at Wilhelmina Models. Responsible for jump starting the careers of many top models, Roman now spends his time circling the globe for the next generation of fashion models. Profiled as "The Beauty Hunter" in the New York Times, he was trailed by their staff of reporters to showcase how he finds and develops new talent. He has appeared on many television shows and documentaries as an industry expert including America's Next Top Model, MTV, BET, E! Entertainment, Access Hollywood, Inside Edition, Entertainment Tonight, and “The Tents” profiling the history of models in NY Fashion Week
Karen Lee Grybowski - FMI Host and Model Coach.
Karen Lee’s expert eye for top models, combined with her extraordinary knowledge of the modeling industry has provided her with the unique ability to discover that great new face. She has traveled the world in search of young women and men who possess the special qualities necessary to be a successful model.
Her work with Wilhelmina, Pauline’s and Elite Model Management has been instrumental in discovering, developing, and promoting many of the top models in the industry today.
Her current company Karen Lee Group, empowers young models by helping them develop a sense of health, wellness, style and confidence.
Bobby Gutierrez - Model Management

Bobby Gutierrez began his career in fashion as a make-up artist in L.A./N.Y. for top fashion magazines; Vogue and Glamour, to name a few. He branched into the entertainment industry working with A-list celebrities like Courtney Love, Iggy Azalea, Ruby Rose, Karrueche Tran, The Jackson's, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Vivica Fox, Eva Mendez, and many more.
He transitioned back to the fashion and the modeling world at Wilhelmina in the Image/Celebrity division. After Wilhelmina, he decided to take a new adventure working on personal projects while managing top models and celebrities.
Julie Shen - IMTA Director

One of the first professional models on the Silk Road in China. Julie’s brings with her experience and contributions to the modeling and talent industry in the US and China to FMI. She is currently CEO/Founder of JMK Modeling and Media Academy and Vice President of Hollywood Dragon Film Group.
Julie has been a judge in many worldwide events such as the Cultural Festival and Global Chinese Fashion Festival along with Senior Judge of Miss International Youth 2019. In 2017 she was a China Super Child Model Finals Judge.
Mindy Li - IMTA Director

Mindy has tremendous experience in the International market. She founded China Qinhuangdao New Silk Road Model Art School in 2007 and has served as director since. In 2016 she established Mindy Modeling Studio in the United States
In 2018, she founded and served as the Director of New Ideas Model Training Center in Los Angeles and JMK Modeling Media Academy. She has been an instructor in model training and education for more than 20 years Mindy has served as a judge in many fashion model competitions all over the world.
